Terms of service

These terms apply to KON AI, the marketing workspace run by Kaiyan Medical for its own brands. By signing in you agree to them.

Who may use it

KON AI is for members of the Kaiyan Medical team who have been given an account. Keep your password to yourself and tell an administrator straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

Connecting accounts

Only connect accounts that belong to the brand and that you are allowed to connect. Each connected service's own terms still apply (for example Google, Meta, LinkedIn). You can disconnect an account at any time.

Using KON AI properly

• Use KON AI only for the brand's marketing work.
• Do not try to reach brands or data you have not been given access to, or disrupt the service.
• Check AI suggestions before approving them. You stay responsible for what you approve and publish.

The service

We work to keep KON AI available and accurate, but figures come from the connected services and may be delayed or rounded. KON AI is provided as is, and we may change or stop features at any time.

Ending access

Administrators can remove an account at any time, for example when someone leaves the team.
